Travel Conditions

7. Insurance
7.1 A travel cancellation insurance
is not included in the travel price. A travel cancellation insurance and other
insurances is recommended.
8. Passport -, Visa and health
regulations
8.1 Every passenger is responsible
for compliance with the passport -, visa -, customs, foreign exchange- and
health regulations. Any disadvantages, arising from non-compliance with the
valid regulations are the responsibility of the customer, apart from the case
of a culpable wrong - or non-information on the part of the safari boat M/Y
INDEPENDENCE, SHARM EL SHEIK, OWNERS FRANK JAHRSDÖRFER AND MARKUS EBERT.
8.2 Note: Each traveler needs a
valid passport, that is valid at least 6 months beyond the end-date of the
journey and for entry into Egypt,
a tourist visa must be acquired (current price approx. € 20,-).
8.3 Sport and Diving courses
It is recommended to have a medical
check for diving fitness before departure. During the diving courses and
programs the customer must comply with the instructions of the instructors.
Contravention will result in immediate exclusion, without the right to demand a
refund. Participants who have booked a
non-limit-diving program have to ensure, that they have the required diving
experience.
9. Guarantee/ Compensation
In the event that the journey is
substantially impaired due to deprivation, the traveler can reduce the travel
price or cancel the contract. Cancellation is only permissible, if the safari
boat M/Y INDEPENDENCE, SHARM EL SHEIK, OWNERS FRANK JAHRSDÖRFER AND MARKUS
EBERT are not able to find a satisfactory solution to the problem within a
reasonable time set by the traveler. A time-period is void, if a solution is
not possible or is refused by the safari boat M/Y INDEPENDENCE, SHARM EL SHEIK,
OWNERS FRANK JAHRSDÖRFER AND MARKUS EBERT or if the cancellation of the
contract is justified due to a special interest of the traveler. Beyond that
compensation can be required due to default.
10. Services of other Operators
For services offered by other
operators and not by the safari boat M/Y INDEPENDENCE, SHARM EL SHEIK, OWNERS
FRANK JAHRSDÖRFER AND MARKUS EBERT as pointed out in the advertisement, the
other operator is liable according to his conditions. If offered services are
not supplied by the external operator, (e.g. excursions, sporting events etc.),
the safari boat M/Y INDEPENDENCE, SHARM EL SHEIK, OWNERS FRANK JAHRSDÖRFER AND
MARKUS EBERT are not liable, even if they participated at these special events.
